Spay It Forward Leads the Way in Round 1 of Animal Welfare Grant – Secures Channel 10 Interview!

In Round 1 of the Animal Welfare Grant in WA, Spay It Forward emerged as the top-awarded charity, receiving a substantial $50,000! This generous grant is specifically designed to target and enhance access to desexing and microchipping veterinary services for cats and dogs across Western Australia owned by concession card holders and was announced in April, 2022.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development for recognizing our commitment to improving the lives of pets and their people. With this significant funding, we are poised to make a lasting impact on animal welfare throughout WA, ensuring that more pets receive essential veterinary care. We are also thrilled to announce that Spay It Forward was granted a Channel 10 interview to showcase our impactful project. This recognition allows us to share our mission, inspire others, and amplify the importance of responsible pet ownership. Together, we look forward to making strides towards a brighter and more compassionate future for pets in Western Australia!
