Lakey

Hi, There! My name is Lakey. Weird name, right? Well, I've been named after a top ten surfer, and I'd love to surf my way into your heart and home! I've been looking for a home for a while now. I was rescued as a kitten from the Wheatbelt and my rescuers sent me to Perth thinking I might have a better chance at finding my family here.

My ideal family would have another cat because I've grown up with so many feline friends! My family would have to have time to spend with me because the best way to get to know me is with kitty treats, specifically Dine creamy treats so yum! I'm just food obsessed! My foster mum always tells me how smart I am, and she thinks I need a family that can set up puzzle toys for me and who can swap my toys around and use lick mats - all these interesting things are important for keeping my brain busy. I think I'd prefer a home with older children and humans and one that is generally on the quieter side too. I need some gentleness in my life.

Have you ever seen a cat with an ear like mine? It happened when I was little, I'm not sure how, but it makes me a bit nervous meeting new people. I think my new family will have to help me get over this. Love and attention would be key!
